Every year, ahead of Davos, McKinsey Global Publishing's Raju Narisetti, an alumnus of the World Economic Forum's Young Global Leaders (YGLs)'a group that includes professionals in business, media, nongovernmental organizations, and not-for-profit organizations from around the world'has asked a wide range of YGLs about the one topic they think deserves more attention in Davos than it will likely receive.
