Our eval series continues with an examination of math benchmarks. In engineering we dive into Google's new agentic toolkit. Nobody should be surprised with the speed of progress at OpenAI but this week was something. OpenAI just simply had one of the most impressive weeks in its history. ecently, it was reported that Sam Altman was going to spend more time focused on product and strategy and I think we are seeing the results of that.This week's developments highlight a key trend: OpenAI is rapidly transforming from a model provider into a full-stack AI platform, setting the pace in reasoning, coding, and agentic infrastructure.
