ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for our next extraordinary Sr. Product Manager – Wholesale to level up our Product team in Costa Mesa! The Sr. Product Manager - Wholesale will ensure we are leveraging our assets and capabilities to enable a new business line within Ultra. This business line will partner with external companies to deliver best-in-class wireless service to their end-users in a way that is in line with their business model. The ideal candidate has a strong background working with MNO and/or MVNO billing systems or has partnered closely with an MVNA. They will obsess over the experience of our partners’ customers and will apply a data-driven approach to decision making. ""Your usual day of awesomeness includes""": -Work as the primary Product point of contact for all requirement gathering, road map and backlog needs to ensure --we're building and maintaining the right services that help Ultra grow the Wholesale business. -Establish processes and norms that will scale as we build a start-up business within the company - working directly with SVP of Wholesale, Corporate Development, Program Management, Engineering and others to bring partners to market and manage a relationship with their product organization. -Develop a vision for what Product can do to ensure the successful growth of this new Wholesale business - whether it's scaling a team or championing a new technology. -Gather business requirements from internal and external customers. -Know our network capabilities and partner with others across Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure we are leveraging it to provide the best possible experience. -Work with the QA team to ensure that the produced work meets expectations. -Run multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
