About The Role
We are looking for our next extraordinary Recruiter to level up our Human Resources Team in Costa Mesa!
As a Recruiter, you will be a critical member of the Human Resources team tasked with finding rock-star talent and showcasing Ultra Mobile as a destination employer. You'll also partner with the team to implement talent acquisition strategy and identify how we can continue to develop careers with our current workforce.
-The recruiter gets to be the first person to speak with and present Ultra/Mint to a candidate which helps build relationships that carry over if a candidate is hired.
-Exposure to the industry, marketing, and technical jobs.
-One of the most impact roles in the company as we are still in growth mode.
Recruitment:
-Your usual day of awesomeness includes:
-Serves as the primary company lead for all recruitment activities.
-Manages the entire recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles: including sourcing, screening candidates, and managing the interview process ensuring the best possible candidate fit.
-Partners with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs.
-Provides hiring managers with weekly updates on recruitment activity for open roles.
-Develops and implements innovative recruiting strategies that result in sourcing and hiring for Rockstar team members including identifying sources specific to the job roles and needs of our growing business.
-Assists to refine, evaluate, streamline, and optimize current hiring processes including sourcing, interviewing, job fairs, and other hiring events.
-Interviews and assesses candidates for Ultra's Core Values.
Experience Required
Graduate with 2-5 years of experience
